Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not. The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
