The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Everything was perfect – the apartment had everything we needed, was fully equipped, and the location was excellent.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this place again. I was thrilled the first time – and this time everything was right: The apartment is clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. You felt welcome straight away! The location is perfect – quiet but still close to everything you need. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Thank you for the great, albeit short stay :-) We'll definitely be back. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. There was everything you needed, even a small welcome drink in the fridge was ready :-) The quiet location of the apartment, with a parking space right outside the door, is perfect for excursions and shopping at the Metzingen outlet. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to your next visit!

The place was beautiful – especially the large, cozy furnished terrace impressed us. The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for relaxing. We felt at home and absolutely welcome from the first moment. The hosts and also the neighbors were incredibly friendly and warm. We especially liked that we could barbecue – even charcoal and lighters were available. At night it was pleasantly quiet, so you could rest wonderfully. Would love to come back anytime!

Together with a friend, I was looking for a place to stay in a quiet environment for the holidays. The apartment was in the center of our activities destinations (spa, visits, walks, visit to the beautiful church). If you love silence, nature and friendly people, this is the place to be. Sun, snow, and a frozen hine with ice-skating people contributed to the recovery effect. The apartment is centrally located, very well equipped, very clean and modernly furnished. We were comfortably warm. Only the mattress hardness bothered me. Jörg was very easy to reach. Communication went smoothly. Thank you so much for having us guests!

The accommodation matches the description and is very easily accessible by car. There is ample parking available on site. The apartment is new and adequately equipped. We lacked nothing. The bed, as well as the sofa bed, are comfortable. The kitchen is functionally equipped and nothing is missing. The roof terrace is very nice and can be used in nice weather. Shopping facilities are available nearby. Gabriela was easy to reach and responded to messages. I'd love to come back.
