Sirchingen is a district of Bad Urach and is located on the Swabian Alb. Our apartment is 45 square meters and is located on the first floor. It has 1 large room, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy terrace, as well as beautiful, large windows with shutters. The bathroom is a nice size, was completely renovated in 2019 and has a large, walk-in shower. The apartment has its own, separate entrance, has a double bed width 140 cm and a large sofa bed. Welcome to the village of Kappishäusern with 500 inhabitants. Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation).

The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
