COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

A coffee station is featured in a well-lit space, showcasing a coffee machine and pastry display. Black shelving contrasts with white cabinetry, while a large mirror reflects the stylish decor. Tall windows allow natural light to enhance the atmosphere, highlighting the patterned floor tiles.

Excellent value for money! Place was very clean and had a large comfy bed. Blackout blinds were a great addition and the aircon kept the room nice and cool. Shower was also very good. Only 15 min walk to La Rambla and everywhere is walkable so is an excellent location. Great stay would highly recommend as place is exactly as described and definitely excellent value for money!

My 5 friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Espais Blaus Apartment. The apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We liked the location - it's walking distance to lots of restaurants and even Sagrada Familia (longer walk, but walkable). We felt that the location was safe, local, but yet within walking distance to tourist areas. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Was only for one night in between our stay in Costa Brava and flying out the next day, but would've loved to have stayed longer. Manuel was very helpful with check in. Very responsive and nice. Only complaint was the couch was a little tattered but other than that the place was lovely. Getting to city center of Barcelona was a hassle but doable. Thank you Manuel!

It's a bit far from Barcelona, but we already expected it and the location is very close to a train station. Excellent stay. What stands out most is the flexibility in check-in and automatic entry, all very easy and organized. The room is clean, just as in the photos, with a comfortable bed, a small patio and a TV with apps. It has no windows to the street, but it's not necessary: in Barcelona you'll only rest. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, but it is private and it was not a problem. The location is excellent, one block away there are many restaurants. I especially recommend Billy Brunch for breakfast. Communication was impeccable. We'll be back soon!
