Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gothenburg

This was the second time we came here and it was just as perfect as the first time. Highly recommended if you like the peace and quiet of mother nature!

Great house, amazing sea view! Everything worked smoothly, Magnus and Karin were very nice. We had a wonderful holiday on the beautiful Fotön.

Elinor's house was a fantastic place for our holidays with 4 adults and 4 kids. Enough space, big garden and everything you need is there. The position of the house is great, many things to do just around the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The position and setting of this very authentic Swedish island cottage and its uniqueness - filled with art and warmth - were what we dreamed it might be.

A Swedish house as it should be, quietly located, wonderful view and cozy! The house is also used by the owners and that makes the difference, lovingly furnished, everything important and necessary was available. The kitchen is superbly furnished, nothing is missing here either. Outdoor spaces are available in every direction. Tjörn is really an island worth seeing, there is plenty to see, good bike paths and numerous cultural and historical sights. We will be happy to come back.

We were a group of 10 friends from different countries and came for a long weekend together. We had a great time at Annika and Jonas’ place. Their house is beautiful and well arranged, modern but still with the vibes from its history. The house and its surroundings have many amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, …) and it was great to be so close to the water and nature. It’s also easy to do groceries in the nearby town. Going by public transportation may be possible but a car would be recommended. I can only highly recommend this house for a group of friends or with a family. We loved it!!

We booked the house for 5 weeks as accommodation for our installation at a company in Gothenburg. Since we wanted to take care of ourselves and also wanted to sit together for a cold drink in the evening, we were looking for an apartment. Ina and her family treated us very well at all times and also helped immediately if we needed it. You could write her a message at any time and they responded quickly. The house is spacious and very clean. There is everything you need to live and cook and also much more. Wood was always provided to use the oven. The view from the house was wonderful! If we go to this company again, I would be delighted if Ina would host us again. Clear recommendation !

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy time with family/friends, Fredrick and Anna’s house is for you. My husband, 4 adult children and I spent 5 fabulous days there. We felt right at home when Fredrick met us and showed us around the gorgeous house. The stunning views, architecture and peaceful location was perfect for us. There’s an easy path to take a nice walk/run along the beach as well as a fun outside “gym” to use on the beach. We would come back to sit in the sauna (a feature we loved), then jump in the pool or the ocean. So refreshing! There’s a grocery store, bakery, brewery, a few restaurants within walking distance so there was no need to drive anywhere while there. We took a few day trips but always looked forward to coming back to our peaceful home away from home. If we have a chance, we’d stay there again 100%!

Carina and her husband are very friendly and helpful hosts! We felt comfortable right away. The apartment is beautiful, super clean and equipped with everything you might need. The view of the lake is fantastic and the location in the middle of nature is fantastic. We spent 6 great nights at Carina's place and we'd love to come back anytime!

This is a really excellent place. The apartment was really nice, clean, and cosy. The host had made excellent descriptions, and they were really nice. The surroundings were also really nice and quiet. There were many places to walk, a lot of nature. There are only positive things to say about this place :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ann Marie’s place. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything needed for cooking—which was especially convenient since dining out for every meal can get expensive. The garden was adorned with lovely flowers, adding to the charm. We appreciated the ample supply of towels and bedding, and the tasteful paintings throughout the house created a welcoming atmosphere. While the location is a bit outside the city, it’s easily accessible by car. We would love to return and highly recommend staying here!

It was a very nice weekend at Karin's place. The house has an amazing view on the sea and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Karin is very responsive and helpful. Her house is clean, tidy and well equipped. We would recommend this great destination for holidays.

We were happy to stay with Robert. He always responded quickly to my questions. The apartment was large, with a garden and 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms was in the living room but with curtains that you could pull. It was a good solution). Supermarket was a 10-minute walk from the apartment and Liseberg a 20-minute walk, perfect. The bus to the city was just around the corner. We enjoyed our days in Gothenburg.

Can't recommend this place enough! It really felt like you were a guest at someone's home you knew, so homey it was. Just about all the amenities you could imagine were there, and the level of service was beyond all our expectations. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Charlotte's. Cozy and pleasant house with a good location and view. The house is large, spacious and nicely decorated. We had many pleasant moments of relaxation and laughter. Walking distance to most things if you wanted to find something outside the house. Charlotte's hosting gave an extra bonus. She tipped us off about restaurants and other activities. She always responded personally and professionally to all of our questions. We'd love to come back here!

Jesper and Jennie have a lovely home! It was even better than the pictures. We were a group of 10 friends and the house had everything we needed, everyone was super happy. We had a great time hanging out in the house soaking in the views and enjoying the sauna, and also going for small hikes around the nature preserve. Jesper and Jennie were super responsive, they answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for activities. We couldn’t have wished for a better place and hosts. 10/10 would come back 😄

Absolutely lovely place to spend a few days in Gothenburg, even better than the pictures! The house is gorgeous, as are the surroundings. Everything was cozy and clearly well taken care of. It was just a short walk to take the tram into town. Helena was extremely responsive for any questions we had. The cats were sweet and snuggly, which was an added bonus, too. Wish we could have spent more days here!

Very comfortable stay, where especially our five-year-old daughter felt at home. Bright, functional and comfortable with beautiful views. The host was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Warm recommendations from here ☺️

Long story short so our stay at Daniel's place was 10/10. Beautiful decor and overall everything was great! Super nice environment in the neighborhood and a super nice villa that fills all the needs we had! Will contact again for future reservations! Super receptive host who crossed her limits to assist!

A very warmly decorated and cozy living with many rooms and a nice patio. You feel right at home and spontaneously feel like staying there in the winter. All amenities were provided to cook well. The water is somewhat fickle and smells quite like iron, but that gets used quickly and bottled water is also provided. In any case, we had a nice time and I would book again right away.
