THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

In 30 square meters, loft and sun deck, there is everything you need for comfortable and pleasant days. The cottage is located on the west side of the island. There was the old fishing community and on the way to the cottage you pass the old fishermen's houses close proximity to each other in classic archipelago style. Ferry, shop, café, nature and saltwater swimming are just a stone's throw away.

The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cottage has a room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate toilet and a simple shower with hot water, which is about 25 meters from the cabin. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be selected for SEK 100/set. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 300. Failure to clean is charged at SEK 400.

We love to show you great trails for hiking, running or biking and beautiful spots for swimming. We can also direct you to the best local restaurants and places of cultural interest.
