Kula Milica is around 300 years old Dalmatian, family stone house renovated since 2015. and adapted for a pleasant stay. Stone and wood dominate the house for a nice and cosy ambient. It has fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV + Netflix, Wi-Fi, two large terraces each with dining tables, parking space, barbecue, swimming pool and an outdoor shower. We can help to provide cheese, olive oil, wine and organic fruits and vegetables from the village. It is our wish that you really feel like at home.

Upper floor with 2 bedrooms 1 queen size bed and 2 singular beds,bedsofa for 2, bathroom and a small kitchen with a living room. Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.

Amazing and peaceful house with hot tub

This amazing and peaceful house is great for a city escape. Surrounded by greenery and only 5 min by car from the beach, it has everything for a relaxed holiday. Enjoy the hot tub, relax on sun bed, prepare a BBQ for a dinner on the terrace, or go for a walk in surrounding hills. The house is well equipped, but if you need anything, our family lives close by and can assist you at any time. Parking is free and we do recommend arriving with a vehicle, it's more convenient during the summer heat.

My place is located in Starigrad Paklenica. 15 min walking from Paklenica national park. It is close to public transport and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. You will feel like home. Restaurants, cafe,restaurants, atm, pharmacy are in the close area- few minutes away. Nearest beach is just few minutes walking from the house. The city center is 1,2 km away from my place.
