On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

It is a place to rest and relax, also in the garden and on the terrace, where no one will disturb you. It's a place with character and soul where you can feel at home. It is also a great base for exploring the mysterious Jizera Mountains, spectacular Jizerskohorskie bučin (trekking, cross-country skiing), and bike trips (e.g. Singltrek pod Smrkem). It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

For the more energetic there is skiing, mountain climbing, hiking, white water rafting, cycling, horse riding and much more.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The family-friendly vacation home with oven and separate heating is quietly located on a 350 sqm property on the edge of the forest. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, so children can also play in front of the house. The Rosenhof with playground and horses in the paddocks is a 5-minute walk. Numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities can be enjoyed in the city center of Görlitz in one of the most beautiful old towns in Germany. Parking is available on the property

Kaménka8 is a charming farmhouse with a peaceful atmosphere and a large garden, surrounded by pastures with grazing cows. Upstairs are four stylish bedrooms (note: wooden floors may creak). Downstairs you find the living room, kitchen and a terrace where we all love to have breakfast in the morning sun. There are also two more terraces for relaxing in the garden or by the pond, with plenty of space for everyone. We look forward to sharing this special place with you.

Feel free to use our "donkey terrace" for cozy barbecues.

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.
