Baroque townhouse in the old town

The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. The apartment consists of a large room on the first floor with a baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the countryside can be used. Loading and unloading in front of the house; parking for a fee on the Obermarkt, with parking disc free parking on Lutherplatz or Christoph-Lüders-Str. Internet access recently upgraded and fully functional.

Newly designed and cozy two-room apartment in a Gründerzeit house (75 square meters, plank floor, raised ground floor) with modern kitchen and bathroom (tub & shower) in downtown Görlitz. Five minutes' walk to the picturesque old town and the Gerhard Hauptmann Theater. Good shopping. It can accommodate four people on two double sofa beds. Musicians are especially welcome. Piano and guitar are available. Large balcony to the rear courtyard (8 square meters). Minimum two nights. No breakfast!

Due to our proximity to the easternmost point of Germany, the Einsiedel Cultural Island and the Neisse, we are the ideal place to stay for families, cyclists, etc. Even if the property is not quite finished from the outside, we have put a lot of effort into the interior design. The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.
