Der Garten ist durch eine Lärmschutzmauer von der Straße getrennt, wobei auch dadurch ein leichter Geräuschpegel nicht zu vermeiden ist. Es stehen 3 Fahrräder für schöne Radtouren zum Berzdorfer See oder im Neißetal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Grill/Kamin im Garten, vor dem Sie den Tag bei einem schönen Glas Wein ausklingen lassen können

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The modern wooden building is a newly built stylish cottage in a modern design, located in the magical surroundings of the Jizera Mountains near the cycling paradise - Singltrek pod Smrkem. The surrounding nature also attracts hiking trips and relaxation. The perfect choice for 2 - 3 families with children, where parents will love the privacy of the downstairs bedrooms, while the kids enjoy the loft atypical bedroom downright. :)

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.
