The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Do you want to unwind in a green environment where you can enjoy the birds and where you have a view of our alpacas? The accommodation is well insulated, has lots of light, is stylishly decorated, and you have access to a large garden of about 600 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Atmospheric vacation home in wooded area

The Leemgate is a cozy and attractive vacation home with beautiful views. The house (4500 sq. ft.) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden shed. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside, you can sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500 m from the house. Vorden is a great place for cycling and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

The house is on one level and has a kitchen, adjoining living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, WiFi available. 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet with sink. No smoking or pets please.

Cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Mobile home in the middle of nature

In this cottage, you wake up to the sounds of birds, you see the squirrels jumping through the trees, and in the woods, you regularly encounter deer and pigs. The forest cottage is located on the Veluwezoom. Within a few meters, you are in the middle of the forest. The cottage is located in the Jutberg holiday park. A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also walk freely through the garden.
