Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
