Glenn’s place was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. It was so spacious and clean and had everything our family needed for a relaxing stay in the desert. Our son loved the beautiful pool and we all loved the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. A short drive to hiking trails and an easy drive to Phoenix Raceway for the NASCAR finals. Glenn was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Colby's place is amazing! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. His communication and instructions before our arrival were so good that we never needed to contact anyone during our week long stay. Pool area is the highlight but the rest of the house is great as well. Definitely recommend.

My family and I had a fantastic stay this weekend! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Vivian was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Just got back to Ohio. Really enjoyed our stay at Lance's house, beautiful quiet area. Enjoyed the pool and Firepit. Peaceful stay while visiting my new Grandson. The place was absolutely adorable and so comfortable. We needed a place to stay with our dog while we were waiting to close on our home here in Arizona. We also had friends with us helping us move. We all agreed on how beautiful the home was. It had everything we needed. We needed to stay an extra night, and Shellie was responsive and was able to make that happen. She was always prompt in communicating back to us. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home! It was enough space to feel comfortable with the 5 of us. The pool was great and the neighborhood is beautiful. We took walks every morning! Would not hesitate to stay again on our next trip. Thank you!!

Our stay was great! House was very clean, updated and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The backyard has sun all day long but also has a back patio covered for shade. The backyard also has BBQ with a great outdoor area table that has a cover for shade. Close to grocery stores. Cherie was easy to communicate with. Side note we had a Ford F150 and it did not fit in the garage. We had a great time.

Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Stayed for a week in between moving into a new place. Very easy to get in with very flexible hours. I was able to check in late at night and checkout in the early morning. Would stay again!

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.
