This rental includes access to the Guest Suite only not the main home. You have your own private entrance on the side of the home & free street parking.

There are 2 master suites, a 3rd bedroom, a casita with it’s own entrance and 1 large main open living area which is great for entertaining. Close to shopping, hiking, baseball fields, movie theaters and most amenities.

Welcome to the new heart of Goodyear Arizona. Our large, five bedroom, three bath home is the ideal location for exploring the Phoenix West Valley. A three block walk to the new Goodyear Square entertainment district featuring numerous restaurants, a multiscreen movie theater, and nearby shopping. Our home has a pool with sun shades, a large patio, palm trees, and a natural gas barbecue. The pool can be heated with prior notice if you intend to use it from November to April (+cost) Love It!
