The king and twin beds provide individual accommodation for 4 people in 2 private rooms. The twins can convert to a King which is great for couples. A pull out sleeper sofa accommodates up to 2 additional guests. Open up the sliding wall of glass to access your private patio oasis with brick and grass areas, vine covered walls, gas BBQ, fire pit, and patio seating. Kirkland Place is located less than 1 mile from Arizona State Campus near downtown Tempe, AZ. Within 1-2 mile radius you have easy access to walking/bike paths, boating, and special events at Tempe Town Lake. Shopping, dining, and entertainment at Tempe Marketplace is only a few blocks away, about 1 mile. Light rail and free Orbit shuttle route is within a few blocks. You are about 7-10 minutes driving to old town Scottsdale which is a huge draw for dining and nightlife. Consider Kirkland Place your headquarters for Cubs Spring Training which is within 2 miles. This unit is centrally located to 3 freeway exits, loop 101, 202, and the 60. Sky Harbor Airport is a quick 7-10 minute car ride away. ASU main campus, Sun Devil stadium, and downtown Mill Avenue shopping and nightlife are within a mile. Several other Spring training facilities are within about 5 miles. The Phoenix Open, public golf courses, shopping, dining, and world class hiking are not far away. Exclusive full and private access to the two bedroom two bathroom condo with private interior laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a small backyard area for private entertaining that includes a small patio set, market umbrella, fire pit, and charcoal grill. There is one assigned covered carport spot and first come first serve uncovered spots in the parking lot. The community pool is across the parking lot with 24/7 keyed access. Quiet hours for the complex starts at 10 pm. Although there is no on-site management, most of the neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful . The complex consists of all private homes with many being rentals. There is a mix of retirees, college students, and young professionals that make Casitas East home. I am available by phone, text, or email and will try to answer your questions the same day. I live only a few blocks away and can be there quickly if any problems arise. The home is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in the valley of the sun. Arizona State University, Sun Devil Football, and the Mill Avenue shopping district are located just down the street. Perfect location for spring training with The Cubs stadium being only 2 miles away. Tempe Town Lake is within 1 mile, as well as shopping and dining at Tempe Marketplace. This is the perfect location for marathons like Ironman and Rock n Roll. Only minutes away from oldtown Scottsdale and more! Uber and Lyft are abundant. Tempe's free Orbit bus route and bus stop is a small walk from the condo and will take you to mill Avenue shopping district, football games, and Tempe Marketplace among other places. Route and maps are available online. Light rail is walkable and a few blocks from the complex at the intersection of McClintock and Apache Blvd. Bicycles and scooters are available to rent on almost every block. There is an Enterprise car rental center just down the street located on McClintock Drive if you need to rent a car. The thermostat is turned off when no one is staying at the unit. To turn on just touch the screen and it will light up. You can then turn on heat or cooling and set the temperature to your liking by pressing the up or down arrows. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. You can walk to target, world market, restaurants etc. We have gated pool. It is required children no child enters the pool area without supervision. If you are traveling with small children please inform us, we will allow you to stay but please keep this in mind and watch them accordingly. Charles is a great host. Communication was great as Charles responds quickly with any inquiries we had during our stay. Charles' home looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person! We had a group of 26 so the rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! Our most favorite part was the backyard! Such a lovely treat for a nice relaxing night after a long day of exploring! The swimming pool is an absolute delight! The basketball court had our entire family burning calories. All in all a great experience We definitely recommend 10/10 and will book again! This place was amazing! We stayed here with my friend and my two small children for my ASU graduation. My kids loved the house, the pool, the basketball hoop was a huge hit for them! It has everything we needed and then some. Mark was extremely communicative and let me know if service was coming to work on the house. It was private and we were able to relax. He never took longer than 10-20 minutes to respond, even at early hours. I would recommend this place again and again and again. I plan on coming back once I finish my masters degree and can only hope I have the opportunity to rent this house again!

Great and very clean place. Easy to check in and had lots of local recommendations for attractions and dining. also another thing that stood out was the address, distance and contact information for emergency services and closest hospital for worst case scenarios.

We had a lovely time staying in this penthouse apartment. This place is so cute and so much fun. We were in town for a wedding, but couldn’t wait to get back to this place every night. We played pool and watched movies during our down time. This is my husband’s favorite airbnb to date. Also, the beds are so comfortable! We love firm mattresses and these were just right. Felt like a little oasis. Note: this is located downtown in a major city. Folks who are down on their luck may be nearby. Just treat it like any other city. Mind your business and be alert. I say that out of an abundance of caution, because we were just fine and would love to go back. It was extremely private and I felt very safe knowing I had multiple gates separating me from the world. Note re mobility: Please be aware that there is no elevator. Somehow I missed that part. We were fine but my grandmother would not have been able to make it. Read carefully!

This is my third stay with Craig and Anita. I stayed about a month each time. During each trip, 1-3 of my family members joined me at some point. We enjoyed having two bedrooms and lots of sitting space in the living room on the very comfy couches. The beds were also comfortable, linens were spotless and rotated out. They deep cleaned every other week. The kitchen has all the best appliances, like an insta pot and toaster oven. There's an iron and ironing board. I've not found a better place anywhere in town. There wasn't a speck of dust in the place, and everything we've needed was there- paper towels, bath tissue, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, etc. This is definitely my favorite place out of many states travelled in the past year! I wish all hosts were like Craig and Anita.

The place is great and well decorated. It is located in a quite private neighborhood that is near many activities as well as restaurants and shopping centers. Mark is also quick to respond and easy to work with. I will stay here again when visiting Arizona.

Top Airbnb we’ve stayed at! The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The property has an awesome pool and convenient gas grills, perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Old Towne, with plenty of great restaurants and walking and running paths nearby. We’ll definitely rebook Kris’s place the next time we’re in Scottsdale!

Really nice place, well appointed and spacious. 10-15 mins walk to big park on the river and to Old Town Scottsdale as well. Groceries and many restaurants also nearby. Very comfortable stay, will likely book again!
