We really enjoyed our weekend! Everything was exactly how described in the description. My kids loved the backyard and the access to the lake was so nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Great house twenty minutes from Broadway. If you’re looking for a comfortable place for four to six people to stay that is pet friendly, This is an excellent choice. It has a great big kitchen, a comfortable living room and a cute little fenced back yard to hang out in or let the dog out in. Simple check in, plenty of supplies and towels and lots of parking.

Erin’s place was a godsend! We were stranded at bonnaroo Friday when they cancelled everything and my friend and I immediately hopped on Airbnb to find a place to carry on our bonnaroo experience for our group. Erin’s place popped up and we booked asap. It was seamless, clean, a quick Uber drive to Nashville, and we got to keep hanging out with our friends who are all from different states. Split between 8 people, this is definitely worth the cost. Thank you, Erin for hosting us in your beautiful home and not turning us away when we were in a time of confusion and turmoil after being in the rain all day. If Erin would have us again, we would 10000% stay there.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

We loved our stay here. The house a was lovely space and had everything we needed. It was in a great place to stay for exploring Nashville. Although no driveway, we had no issue parking on the road and were always able to get outside the property. David was a great host - quick to respond and provided an awesome list of things to do and places to go while we staying here. Can confirm there were many great recommendations from David! We would definitely recommend and if visiting again would be very happy to stay here in the future.

Beautiful clean home! This is my go to place when I come back to visit Nashville.

We loved staying here and exploring the surrounding area with our kids and pup! Location is great next to Shelby park and a lot of good restaurants. The house is in a very cute and private neighborhood and felt very safe. Loved how close it was to all the things downtown Nashville has to offer. Host was very responsive and offered great recommendations! Highly recommend!!

Very nice place, great host. Neely's Bend feels almost rural, which is cool and unexpected given how close it is to the center of Nashville. Only thing to be aware of is that this location does mean it can take a little bit of time to get places, depending on which direction you are headed. Thank you for a great stay!

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Don's place in Nashville was the perfect base for my 5-day stay in Nashville. Close to some of the best restuarants and sight-seeing places in the city, but still retaining the peace and quiet required for a remote-working location. The condo described/illustrated as per the listing description and pictures, and Don's communication was top-class. Would highly recommend to both tourists and remote-workers alike.

The home was just what we needed! Our kiddos enjoyed the pool with a friend while my wife and I romped around the area looking for a home to relocate. We enjoyed playing Jenga on the patio while listening to music!

We had a family wedding in Goodlettsville Tennessee so found this cute cottage hosted by Jennifer and it turned out to be 10 minutes from the venue. The cottage we rented was in a very peaceful setting surrounded by woods and saw some deer too. It was just like it was pictured and spotless and beds very comfortable and well stocked with linens and kitchen had everything you needed. Jennifer was very responsive when had questions. Would definitely recommend staying there is so comfortable and very clean. Thank you Jennifer

Hands down, the best airbnb I’ve ever booked. From the scenery in the back yard, to the ambiance inside of the home, down to the choice of books and plants in each room… it was absolutely amazing, peaceful, private, comfortable, clean, etc. can’t wait to return!

The view is lovely. The space is well appointed and the beds comfortable. Loved the little dock where you can look over the river. The bathroom is really well done and spacious, and the living space is well designed. Lovely little spot to rest and relax in Nashville.

Very peaceful location. The back porch is a lovely place to hang out. It wasn't clear that the is blocked off just past the place so was a little disappointed about that but had a very nice run over at the reservoir with my dogs and had fun hosting my family for dinner after a day at the MLS next tournament.

Our stay at the Garden House was fantastic. Even before we arrived our hosts answered all our questions and gave us some great local recommendations for places to check out. The house itself is peaceful and open, with plenty of natural light making it an ideal space to relax in after exploring Nashville! The surrounding neighbourhood is very walkable, we loved being able to go out to local spots and stroll back. If we could’ve stayed longer, we would’ve!

This is probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Beautiful location and absolutely peaceful! The pictures do not do it justice! Jenni was super kind and responsive. It’s in the country side so be mindful of the roads especially when it rains/thunderstorms. 10/10 experience.

Jodi’s place was a wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable. Lots of information about the area and surrounding areas for food and events. Jodi was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our needs!

Cassie’s place was stocked with all that we need for the weekend. The place is modern just as the pictures described! Despite being 15 minutes from downtown we had no issues getting ubers/lyfts into the city! The only thing to note is you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another! Wasn’t an issue for us!
