I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually the case at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, in which the heating-air conditioner and boiler with hot water are already turned on. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the promenade, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting

Our apartment is located in a new 12-storey building on the 11th floor with a large veranda and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house has two elevators, free parking in the yard. All infrastructure, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop are near the house. There are also vegetable markets nearby, where every day you can buy fresh Georgian cheese, aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables and fruits. In 6-8 minutes walk there is a cable car, and to the boulevard, coastal area and beach 10-15 minutes walk

The 26th floor is the highest with a direct, panoramic sea view. The panoramic windows are 5 meters high. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
