Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно.  . Ремонт апартаментов окончен в Июне 2024 года.

Construction is taking place nearby: major works are complete, but some light daytime noise is possible. The accommodation price has been reduced accordingly.
