Everything was as described. It was an experience that I can stay again when I come, I recommend it.

in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

Overall stay was great. the location was really near to all attraction places and loved the view from the balcony

Everything went awesome The location is beautiful, but there is noise from the road that the closed door on the balcony can handle.

A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

We were very satisfied with the trip and the accommodation! Great location, convenient location - close to the beach and all the central places of the city. we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Great place near the Batumi beach. Beautiful views of sunset every night. Matched pictures and description 100%. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though Batumi is pretty busy city especially during evenings and night time.

Stayed already second time in Sergios place! Its absolutely awesome and I will come again.

Lovely view apartment in the very center of Batumi. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. No complaints about cleanliness. The host is friendly and responsive, answered all questions instantly. The only thing that does not depend on the landlord is a fairly cold apartment in cold weather. But in this case, the apartment has air conditioning and a heater. We had enough (a few days it was quite cold at night +6/8). 🫶
