Vacation rentals with a patio in Gonçalves

The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

Our stay was super quiet. The apartment is cute and was very clean. Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, and very comfortable mattresses. I suggest taking extra towels, because due to the season they take a long time to dry. The heated pool is great and the apartment's showers are excellent. I recommend it without reservation. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The place was incredible. The location couldn’t be any better as it was with walking distance from Capivari village. The building is very quiet and feels very secure. I highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 days and it was simply perfect! The cottage is extremely clean, cozy and very well decorated — just like the photos. The bed is super comfortable, the fireplace worked perfectly and the shower is a delight (strong and warm). Marlene is always attentive. The location is also excellent: close to the center of Monte Verde. It was an unforgettable experience! We definitely want to come back and recommend it with our eyes closed. 🌲❤️

Everything was very good. Great location for those who like peace and to escape the noise a little. It's a pity the condominium's gym is under maintenance, but otherwise, the stay itself already had a view and surroundings that are worth the trip. I intend to return in the near future!

Our chalet experience was excellent! The host was super attentive from the beginning, always very helpful and with quick responses. He sent us tips on tours, easy-to-access routes and really made our stay a lot easier. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos — faithful in every detail. A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet in the mountains, with total privacy and a breathtaking starry sky, something that is found in few places. We had a wonderful stay! Marquinhos was an excellent host, always available and attentive, with great tour tips and all the necessary information about the chalet. The place exceeded our expectations: very well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. We took advantage of everything, the fireplace, the fire pit, hot tub, we made a barbecue and relaxed a lot. The breakfast that we closed the part was one of the high points, all fresh, homemade, delicious and delivered with a lot of affection on the door. A detail that made all the difference in the experience!

It was an amazing experience. We loved everything in the chalet, from the reception to the chalet, which is spectacular!!! An amazing sunset, lots of privacy, well-equipped kitchen, very helpful, polite hosts. It is well worth staying in the chalet.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Beautiful, cozy and very comfortable. The fireplace is wonderful, it makes the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. Rosana is a very receptive and kind person! He gave us easy instructions to light the fireplace and was always available to answer our questions. I also recommend her brothers' bakery, which is very close to the house, the breads are very fresh and delicious. The house was well equipped with all the utensils we needed. I only recommend that you bring towels. My husband and I enjoyed it a lot! I highly recommend it 🥰✨

I had a wonderful experience at Clarice and Cláudio's place! From the first moment, we were greeted with great sympathy and attention. Their receptivity is something that really makes a difference, we feel welcomed as if we were among friends. The space is impeccable, super organized, clean and thought out in the smallest details to ensure comfort and well-being. Clarice and Cláudio are amazing hosts, and I will definitely be back more often. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The stay was amazing, the apartment is new and charming, all equipped and very comfortable. The location is great, is a 15-minute walk from the centrinho de Capivari and a 5-minute drive away. Anderson welcomed us very well, gave guidelines and recommendations for places for tours. I highly recommend this accommodation. I will definitely stay at this place again.
