Besides being a cozy house, it provides a connection to nature, observation of cattle in the pasture and birds, feeling the energy of the beautiful sunset of this place!! Beautiful house at the top of the Serra, near Pedra do Baú

Country house in São Bento do Sapucaí, Paiol Grande Neighborhood, 7 km from the city. Easy access by asphalt to the entrance. It has 2 en-suites. It sleeps 4 people and 2 more on extra mattresses. Located on a site with many trees, plants and waterfalls. Wonderful view of Pedra do Baú and a valley of dazzling mountains. Parking for 5 cars. Fully furnished and decorated in the mountain house style, with very good taste and warmth. Good for couples, families with children and furry friends.

Our charming site is the ideal place to breathe fresh air, encounter nature and drink pure spring water from the site itself. It is located in the countryside, 18 km from the center of Monte Verde. We have two houses on the property, 150 meters apart, providing privacy to any of the guests Near the site, there are restaurants with home-cooked food, a pizzeria, and a market. The house has a Smart TV but is not connected to any cable TV operator.
