The apartment is exactly as in the photos, cozy, well decorated, clean and extremely functional. Kitchen with necessary appliances, dishes, sofas, TV, tables, there are heaters in the rooms, we love the fireplace in the living room and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Our entire stay was very pleasant, in addition to Guilherme's hospitality, we had the receptivity of Mr. Edmilson, who welcomed us and answered some questions about the place, fireplace and other details during the stay.

The accommodation is amazing, exactly as described. The location is very good, really very close to the main street. Vanessa was super proactive, recommended great places and responded very quickly. We definitely recommend it and we will return on a future occasion.

It was a wonderful experience, a large house, with all kitchen utensils available. Plenty of blankets, it was very good because it was very cold, the lady who received us, Silvia, was very attentive. We will definitely come back more often.

The condominium is very charming. Location further from downtown (near the Palácio Boa Vista). If you're driving everything is ok.

The hosts were super helpful and attentive and responded super fast whenever I needed them. The location is very close to tourist sites, with no difficulty in access. Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well cared for and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easy to access. We had a lot of fun lighting the fire that Elton left ready for us! Finally, the house dogs, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

I stayed only two days in the cottage, they were two precious days, where since we arrived we were very well received by Floriano, on the first night we talked about the basics and went to sleep, in the morning we went to see the surroundings of the house and we even reached the waterfall of the Henriques, I filmed the fall of the waterfall with more than twenty meters in height and a lot of water, I sent the videos to Floriano and whoever is interested just ask him, I reached a point where the fall is about eighty meters in height but at that point there was little water, at night we had a barbecue and Floriano stayed with us and there were many stories told. God is wonderful and I can only thank him.

We love the days we spent in this house, we rested a lot and the caretakers are super attentive. We would highly recommend this place and we intend to return soon.

Local exactly as in photos. If you're looking for a place to feel like you're in nature, this is perfect. The way is easy to access. Homero and Michelli are super proactive with the information. Everything is neat and clean. We didn't use the pool much, as it was cold, but the whirlpool is excellent. We highly recommend it!

The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market nearby and some nice restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it is a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very nice doormen. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.
