5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. Appartamento al secondo piano di 50 m.q. su due livelli con entrata indipendente può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 5 persone. L’appartamento non è adatto ai bambini con età inferiore ai 4 anni. Per ragioni di spazio non è possibile aggiungere letti o lettini. Piscina e giardino in comune con altri ospiti. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cassaforte. L’appartamento è vicino alla strada principale, che costeggia il lago, per questo motivo può esserci del rumore delle automobili in transito.l

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Ferienwohnung mit Garten "La-Baita"

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral und doch herrlich ruhig und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi, dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn)
