One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

The apartment ( 70 m2 ) is fully furnished and is better for long stays. Is all brand new and never used before. New building (2024) with elevator and the apartment is on the 5 floor.
