Condo vacation rentals in Golden Beach

I want to THANK YOU for the opportunity to stay in this unit! Such a pleasant experience starting with the warm, inviting staff at the reception desk. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe, security were present at all times, in the building and in the parking lot. Very comfortable, clean, updated. Everything that was needed and then some! WiFi very dependable, allowed me to "work from home" without concern. The desk is positioned by sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice l views of the intercoastal. Bed super comfy

We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The condo was as described. Very cozy with all amenities needed. We shopped at the Publix and made breakfast and sometimes lunch in the unit. The building had a Great family atmosphere and conveniently located across from the beach, a quick short drive to Aventura Mall and all restaurants along A1A. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your condo.

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. We will definitely be back, thank you Edvard.

The place was exactly how it was said to be. The view was gorgeous and it was an all around great experience. The beach was right there and the staff went above and beyond for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything better

This is a great place! Very clean and equipped with everything you may need! The host was very accommodating and responsive. I’d stay again.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Stayed here for a month and it was amazing, the views are spectacular and Omar and Alex are both very helpful hosts. The apartment is well equipped and in a brilliant location too

Great location, great host, great accommodation, everything was just amazing!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

The condo was very clean and the pool and beach were excellent. She provided many little amenities other condos do not. I would recommend this condo to families as well as couples. The price and location would be difficult to beat.

Fernando‘s place was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view and, spacious layout, comfortable bed and luscious pillows. We did not want to leave and ordered in each night to devour as much time as possible on the beautiful balcony. Highly recommended... with a lovely bottle of wine and your favourite person.
