Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

Property was located near business district with easy access to pretty much all you may need. It was also settled right in between downtown Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that felt incredibly safe. The host was very thoughtful and even left us snacks and water, which we really appreciated after a long trip. What really made the experience even better were all the amenities available on the property. There was a great pool, a basketball court, and plenty of other things to do right on-site—it felt like a mini resort! We truly enjoyed both the comfort of the apartment and everything the property had to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-rounded stay! Check in was super easy, location is amazing you have the beach at walking distance including a Walmart right across the street. The place was super clean. I will definately be returning!

a great stay, hosts were very communicative and overall check in and check out process was straight forward. this is at a resort hotel so close to the beach, has access to a pool, etc.

Loved the place. Very nice, clean and close to everything. Everything pretty much was walking distance the beach was 15 min away easy parking. The host were very responsive. I didn't have to wait long at all to hear from them. We got there pretty early and they were able to let us check in early. Definitely would stay again

Apartamento excelente. Está exatamente como nas fotos. Espaços amplos e limpos, com cozinha completa. Bem próximo à praia e perto do Aventura Mall, com diversas opções de lojas e restaurantes. Gary foi muito gentil conosco e todo o processo de check inn e check out foi bem simples e rápido. Recomendo a estadia no apartamento!

El departamento es hermoso! Muy limpio y moderno. Vivi es muy atenta y siempre estuvo disponible para nuestras consultas. La zona es muy tranquila y la playa está a pocas cuadras. Nos gustó mucho que el departamento esté equipado con todos los detalles, desde una cocina completa, lavadero y hasta sillas y sombrilla para la playa, no nos faltó nada. 100% recomendado.
