Had an exceptional weekend at the Workshop for a wedding in town! Gail supplied everything you could possibly need and was so amazing in giving us a recommendation within walking distance for dinner and communicating as needed throughout the stay. Our accommodations were very clean and super comfy, checkout was easy-peasy. Highly recommend, it was truly wonderful - will be back (with the pup this time!) if ever in the El Dorado area again

We loved our stay. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Great location, easy to walk to town and restaurants as well as numerous hiking and nature nearby.

Perfect place for 2! Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Were there to rest after 2 weeks exploring national parks and found the deck conducive to relax, walkable distance to town and beach. Some traffic noise but the view trumps that. Host responds when needed yet honors privacy. Would stay again.

Bev and Rod are both exceptionally friendly and accomodating hosts. I had brought along a to-go dinner and bottle of wine; then it turned out that when I arrived Rod was at the BBQ making their dinner. So I was able to enjoy wonderful company with my evening meal - on their beautifully paved open patio surrounded by an amazing garden, while having someone with whom to share a glass or two of wine. The acommodations were also impressive, in what I learned is a former town bakery. My room for the night, its little kitchenette, and the bathroom, are without question professionally finished by a master craftsman, and decorated in an interesting artistic and unique welcoming manner. The little table in the bay window with a log hewn bench was especially fun. And a delightful side patio with a second private exit expanded their property's gardens to wonderfully enhance my experience staying here. Overall, I could not have wanted for a nicer stay.

Suzanne’s cottage is super charming and comfortable! The grounds are gorgeous, the bed is comfy, and there were so many thoughtful touches. She knew it was our anniversary and left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, we had our kids with us, so she left smores makings. It’s definitely a small space, but we were there for just one night, and it was fine for our family of 4 with the kids sharing the futon. The new a/c unit kept us cool inside. We had fun watching frogs on the lily pad pond and feeding the chickens. This was a great spot for an overnight getaway, and we will definitely be back!

This was my second time staying at Cynthia’s spot and it was great. Easy street parking right in front, the place has what you need and is clean. I’d stay again!

Peaceful, homie and cozy place. Nestled in a nice neighborhood but felt exclusive and private. Would recommend 10/10

this was such a luxurious, relaxing stay! sparkling clean, smelled fresh and looked like no one had ever stayed before me. there’s perfectly placed storage for everything, beautiful applinces, a dreamy shower and extra comfy + cozy furniture. you can open it up to feel even bigger with the patio, i enjoyed most of my meals and wine out there with a book. this space was a reprieve for me with enough nature to relax without committing to being outdoorsy. the property as a whole is beautiful and secluded while remaining conveniently located— i love having the combination of privacy but a nearby host as a solo traveler to feel comfortable. do yourself a favor and stay here with your partner, bestie or take a solo couple days off like i did. PS — any plant based friends MUST try Blossom & Root in downtown Danville, amazing food and drinks!

This place looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Marissa even had a gift basket waiting for us! She checked on us several times during our trip and was always quick to respond. We are so glad we chose to stay here vs a hotel. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This is a cozy cabin just as described. The owners have done a great job with the decor - interesting colors, textures and patterns. The place is stocked with everything you need from toiletries to lake chairs. This space would be best for a family with younger kids or a couple. We really enjoyed our time staying here and hope to return when it's warm enough to swim!

Great location and lovely place. Easy access and great communication with Amy. This is a perfect place for 2 if you want to escape to Tahoe for a long weekend.

Betty’s Bungalow was exactly what we needed. It was in a lovely neighborhood and was just the right size. It was private and very peaceful. The bungalow had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The bed was comfortable and the walk in shower was big and had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The hosts were quick to respond and so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Really loved staying here, they were so nice! It was perfect for me and my husband to stay at for my friends graduation

Thank you Russ for having us! Gorgeous view, surroundings, and quality touches like the twinkle lights on the deck and black out curtains. We were happy to have our dog come along as well, and the dog park just 10 mins away. A spectacular deal, you won't regret staying here. Hope to come back sometime soon!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at The Loft, so that alone is telling! The space is spacious, not cluttered, clean, a good amount of storage, fully functional kitchen, in a cute part of town, with easy instructions for finding it and for entry. Host is super responsive.

Jimmys Hideaway was the perfect peaceful escape! The place was exactly as described and couldn’t have been located any better for sight seeing at Bass Lake and the Yosemite National Park hikes. We met Jimmy and Katie who were so kind and offered us lots of genuine chats alongside some fantastic recommendations. Deano and Cowboy were also great company and I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Diann's place is very nice, clean and much like the pictures! We enjoyed BBQing in the little patio and loved playing ping ping! We definitely recommend it and would come back!

We loved our time here! Not only were Darren and Laura wonderful hosts and communicators, but the property genuinely exceeded our expectations, the Airbnb was MORE beautiful in person than in the photos (hard to believe, I know), and the location of the neighborhood was incredible — high up on a hill of a beautiful and safe neighborhood. 😍 Only recommendation for future guests — book one extra day!! There is so much to do and such little time! We would’ve loved to have one more day to enjoy the Airbnb a little more. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Place was peaceful , it does get really cold at night, they had a heater but we forgot it was there. Both the blackstone griddle and fire pit didn't require us to change it out like some other places we've stayed! Definitely loved the shower!

This place is a hidden gem and the price was amazing for a place like this. The scenery was great, the privacy was amazing, the fresh air, the lake etc...it was super relaxing. My wife and I loved our time there for her birthday and we didn't want to leave 😭😭 It was the perfect getaway spot away from our busy lives with work and much more. Also Tod was an amazing host and super responsive during our stay there. I reccomend this place a lot. My wife and I will be coming back again and plenty more hehe

It was amazing and I loved the property so much! I would recommend this to any couple or a person traveling along as it is perfect! This will be the place I stay at when I go to Oakhurst/Yosemite
