The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.
