The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Vacation home in Goch-Kessel

A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Ospere

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. This beautiful, freshly renovated apartment invites you to relax. There are many opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

Country apartment in the countryside

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. A cozy cycling weekend with an excursion to the neighboring country or a vacation with the whole family. Barbecuing in the orchard. Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory! The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.

Spacious house, veranda, large garden, nature and water

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Apartment on the Niers

In our cozy apartment, nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub. If you like to be outdoors, whether by bike, on foot or even doing sports on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the SUP on the Niers, we offer the entry directly in the garden and if you do not have your own board, you can borrow one from us.
