Vacation home in Goch-Kessel

A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Ospere

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

Country apartment in the countryside

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. A cozy cycling weekend with an excursion to the neighboring country or a vacation with the whole family. Barbecuing in the orchard. Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory! The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

Snowdogs 2 vacation home

In our second apartment there is plenty of space for the whole family. There is a bedroom with extra toilet in the attic 2nd floor. From there is a large open space with a sofa bed , play area and desk. On the first floor is a huge room with kitchenette , living room, wood stove and a large bathroom with bathtub. Again, the sofa can be used as a bed. If you go up the separate staircase outside to the apartment you come to a very nice roof terrace.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.

The amenities of daily life are easily accessible on foot, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes. Or you can enjoy a break on your own terrace. Apartment on the Niers

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

Joie de vivre

In November 2019, we completed our modern holiday home for 2 families. This apartment is in the attic and is 32 m² in size. House is located in a quiet location surrounded by a lot of nature. The Niers is about 900m away and invites you to hike, cycle and paddle. In the vicinity about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna area.
