Charming home in Podolanach

Our house is about 30 km from Krakow, next to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska and Lanckorona. It's under the forest overlooking the surrounding hills, you can take a break from the hustle and bustle, just like that. No one wants anything from anyone here, they don't have to, they can't see anyone. It's a home to relax, to spend a day with a book on the deck, romantic evenings by the fire. Here we are truly resting, the place is beautiful, I'm sure you'll fall in love with it as much as we do.

The house is located on the border of the city of Krakow. At a distance of 6 km (by bike, 26 min) to the downtown. Nearby is the Witkowice Forest Park, with a protection zone for amphibians. Location possible easy access to the center of Krakow but also relaxation away from the crowded center. Distance to new tram line 850m - 10min. The house is situated on a fenced plot where it is possible to park several cars. Building has 2 separate residential parts and terraces around it.

Villa Zakamycze is located by the beautiful Wolski Forest with numerous walking, jogging and cycling routes and around 10-minute drive by car / bike from the Kryspinów lagoon with a sandy beach. You can reach the center - Old Town of Krakow, e.g. the Main Square, in about 15 minutes, and the Balice International Airport in about 7 minutes. Near the Villa there is a family run restaurant / pizzeria serving a delicious pizza from the oven.

The apartment is located in Bibice (15 minutes by car from the center of Krakow). The apartment has a separate entrance in a detached house. There are 3 parking spaces. The area is very green and quiet, there are many bike paths (bike available) and walking paths. The city bus to the city is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, a taxi costs about 20 PLN (4 euros). Pets are welcome! Possibility of leaving them in care.
