The cottage at the end of the road, by the forest clearing is on the grounds of a fenced and wooded resort occupying area 6ha. There's plenty of recreational space, an old-school playground, a fire pit, and a rugged experience - a mountain stream! Near the resort: bike trails and rope park. The cottage is one of five similar, located on a forest path, it is the only one not standing in a row and offers a view of a large part of the resort. The sound of the Jaworzyna River is an additional experience.

Simply Amazing. it's more than worth the price. It has surely been one of my best experiences. key highlights the house is charming, hot tub on the mountain views , gym, sauna, even a salt cave that is so peaceful. the house is one of the best in Europe

This is a spacious, cozy, clean home for a family vacation. In the large garden, there was room to play hide at the same time, smoke bonfires, a badminton tournament, play with your dog, and swing on the swing. Very helpful and kind hosts take care of the place.

Beautiful, quiet place, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city :) The cottage is very clean, and there is a large garden. Evening views of the stars - the otherworldly. David and Anna were very hospitable and helpful (thanks for the ride ;)). Highly recommend! For non-motorized: there are buses from Makovo to Żarnówka, but you can't always rely on them; on foot it is slightly over an hour away. The nearest shop is in Żarnówka on a hill (about 45min from the cottage) or in Makowo.

A modern wooden cabin features a unique architectural design with large glass windows. The outdoor area includes a covered patio with seating, surrounded by lush greenery and trees, providing a serene connection to nature.

Great place to rest! A cozy cottage with full equipment, you can see that the owners saved on nothing - beautiful extras and furniture! The cottage overlooks the mountains and right next to the creek where you can easily wet your feet. Peace, relaxation and enjoyment - this is how you can summarize the weekend in Babia Ostoi. Great contact with the owners, all thought out from a to z. I will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone!

The bathroom features natural wood paneling with a sloped ceiling, complemented by a modern sink atop a rustic wooden vanity. A heated towel rack and storage baskets enhance practicality. A chair and waste bin are positioned for convenience.

Kowalska Chata is a unique place on the map of Zawoja – perfect for people looking for relaxation in comfortable conditions and close to nature. The house is very spacious, well adapted for both families and larger groups. Noteworthy are the numerous amenities – a sauna, a hot tub, a fireplace or a large terrace with a beautiful view. The interiors are decorated with attention to detail and kept in impeccable cleanliness. A huge advantage is the location – the windows offer a breathtaking view of Babia Góra, which makes the stay even more special. Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly, providing advice and support at every stage of the stay. This is a place you want to come back to – quiet, cozy, and at the same time modern and very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a moment of rest in a beautiful mountain environment.

We had an absolutely incredible month-long stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect retreat for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. The privacy of the villa allowed us to truly relax, and we enjoyed every minute—from reading books, having fun in the pool, to unwinding in the sauna, and gathering around the cozy fireplace. The villa itself is even more stunning than the photos, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Katarzyna & Anna were amazing—always responsive and attentive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even surprising us with thoughtful gifts from their local farm. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We will definitely be back!
