Perfect location - just 5-7 minutes walk to the old town. Near the house there is a coffee shop and a Zhabka. The apartment is very cozy, clean, good layout - and the living room with a large soft sofa, and the sleeping area is separate, and the kitchen has a lot of space. There are all the appliances, including a coffee machine and capsules for it. You can live in this apartment for a long time, there are capsules for the dishwasher, capsules for the washing machine, and even chargers for several types of phones. I highly recommend these apartments

Nice accommodation. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Quiet location and smooth communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely imagine staying here again.

Jacek was great. There was a brief issue where the water pipes on the street broke (totally random and not something in anyone’s control), and Jacek did everything he could to make sure I was good! He dropped off extra water in the meantime and was responsive/on top of it even before I was aware. He responded promptly every time I contacted him, he was flexible and helpful with the check in when I had to change my time, and the place itself was well worth the price. I’d stay again without question! Anyone would be happy with this location. 10/10.

I spent a few days in Warsaw with a friend. The accommodation is clean, in very good condition, quiet and ideally located for exploring the city. Roman gave clear instructions on how to access the accommodation. I would recommend. Thanks for everything!

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place, 3.3 km from the border with Warsaw. 7 minutes from the house there is a beautiful park for walking and relaxing with playgrounds. A large yard with the opportunity to park a car, jump on a trampoline, sit at a large table after cooking a delicious barbecue or light a fire and sit on the stumps around it. Miroslav greeted us warmly and showed us everything we were interested in. The house is 120 years old and renovated in an antique style. At the same time, you feel comfortable in it and there is a warm atmosphere. The hostess left a delicious pie baked by her on the table, there was also mineral water. It was cool outside this week, but the heating was working in the house and it was comfortable. I recommend this house for a family vacation and we will definitely come back there again. Thank you to the hosts.

The apartment met and even exceeded all our expectations, and we were with my wife and a 9 month old. First of all, a very communicative and kind host who is on the property (lives in the same house), with complete privacy thanks to a separate entrance. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and peaceful environment, outside the window of a tree. Neighborhoods good for walking, lots of forests. When we're in the area, we'll be happy to use the same location. Highly recommend!

Jakub’s cottage is beautiful, perfectly located 40 min from Warsaw, and with shops nearby. The barbecue is very nice and ready to be used. We liked the fact that there were 2 fridges, so space was never an issue. The beds are comfortable and clean linings are provided. Overall a very nice place to stay for a few nights! The only minus I would say is the water that comes out yellowish, but clean enough to wash ourselves and the dirty dishes.

Magda’s house is exactly as we expected and needed: nice, cozy place with everything you need included and wonderful super big garden around the house. As we travel with big dogs, it is important that the fence is secured and safe. You live in the middle of a scenic meadow and can enjoy your morning coffee on a terrace. Magda is a wonderful host, she took care of us. We recommend the place to anyone with kids or pets. Make sure you have a car so you can get around and reach nearby towns or travel to Warsaw.

The perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful areas suitable for hiking, biking, and even kayaking. The cottage itself, equipped with the most necessary things and jazz, made the stay pleasant and relaxing. The host was kind and easy to contact. I recommend it for a getaway with friends or family!

We stayed at the house on the Narew River with a group of a dozen friends and it was a hit! The house is well equipped – comfortable beds, clean bedding, lots of bathrooms (which is of great importance for a larger group), two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a TV – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. Mrs. Monika patiently answered all my questions, and her husband quickly came and fixed the lighting on the terrace when it stopped working. The location is a huge asset – less than an hour's drive from Warsaw, and at the same time surrounded by nature, right by the river. Beautiful Narew river bank, birds singing and true peace. An additional plus was a well-equipped sauna with oils, towels, caps and twigs – perfect for evening relaxation. There is a well-stocked shop nearby with fresh bread and local products. I definitely recommend this house – a great place to relax with family or friends!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

We absolutely loved the apartment! As frequent visitors to Warsaw, we're always drawn to the charm of Saska Kępa, and this apartment was a delightfully airy and pleasant retreat. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.
