Nearby there are bus stops in different directions, restaurants, parks, playgrounds and shops. The apartment offers a practically furnished open space: a living room with a sofa bed and a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a wardrobe and a large bathroom.

Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
