Amazing place with amazing view

It was my second time, and I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is clean and practical, and a small yard was a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed accommodation in one of the charming neighborhoods with local people. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with top-notch amenities, offering both comfort and style. The area was peaceful yet vibrant, with lovely cafe, bakery, and easy access to the city center and shopping malls. What truly elevated the experience was the host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The best place to stay in Warsaw! This apartment is perfectly located, with countless amazing restaurants, cafés, and clubs right at your doorstep. You’re truly in the heart of the city, and everything is within walking distance. There’s also a great gym nearby if you want to stay active during your stay. I have no "buts", a very communicative host, the place is right next to the Bielany forest, near Stare Bielany, the location is ideal for walking, using nearby cafes and restaurants. The apartment was extremely cozy, everything was in place.

Host Ilona goes to a meeting, ready to help with your favorite issues. It's nice to deal with. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet place. Clean. Ilona even worried about small things such as a disposable bath kit - this is pleasant. The overall experience is positive.

Great location - right across the metro station. Grocery store right across the street, cafe & pharmacy downstairs. The European custom of divorcing apartment numbers from floors is grating for Americans - it's such a inconvenience. What is the logic of apartment #439 to be on the 6th floor?! This isn't this owner's fault - it's how they build and number in Europe. One small thing that could use an improvement - there's no deadbolt from the inside. You have to use the key itself to lock the door behind you when you enter.

Amazing apartment :) Very vell equiped so you can find anything you need for your stay. Very nice new neighbourhood. The construction is still in process nearby but it was not a problem for us :) Zabka 1min away from apartment. Lidl is also not so far. Location little further from the city centre but we had a car and also took the taxi to centre. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Also there are parking spot in the garage:)

Gorgeous, incredibly clean apartment in a terrific, walkable location. The space is artfully decorated with respect for its historical past. Comfortable couch and kitchen, beautiful artwork. Felt like home. We’d love to stay here again.

Lovely place. I traveled alone so it was adequate for my needs in regards to space. Things to be conscious of: 1) Lots of stairs to climb to get to the apartment, then more stairs to get to the living room, kitchen, bathroom level, then a spiral staircase to the loft with the bed. 2) The bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. I was glad to have a desk to do my work, but the lighting was not adequate at night. And lastly, the bedroom/loft was unique and the bed was comfortable. The ceiling is sharply angled, so I had to duck my head to get into bed. Taller people may find this challenging. And new pillows and bed linens would be an inexpensive, vast improvement. Overall, I loved this place and the views of the rooftops and architecture!

Lovely place, enjoyed my stay. Was everything I needed for some training that was up the road from this apartment. Super convenient big parking spot right in front. Overall very easy, convenient, and great place. Would stay again if needing to be in this area!

Lovely house !!! We enjoyed our stay a lot in Tatiana and Hany's place, firstly we are thankful to them to make our stay easy, they were very responsive answering our questions on time. The house is very cozy and artistic, beautifully decorated with plants and arts, the bed and shower were comfortable. Generally, the house was clean and fully equipped. We definitely recommend this place. We were with car, free parking spot in the building made it easier for us. Thank you once again.

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is bright, spotless, and feels like a private retreat. The sofa was great, big smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home, but the real showstopper is the huge private terrace. It was pure relaxation with a heated jacuzzi ready 24/7, sitting under the stars was unreal. The queen bed was insanely comfortable, the vibe calm and peaceful. Free underground parking with elevator access straight to the door made it even easier. The café and bakery downstairs were perfect for slow mornings. The host was amazing - super responsive with great local food tips. Honestly feels like they’re undercharging at €160 a night for what you get. Pure comfort, total privacy, and real luxury in Warsaw. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Warsaw. Thanks again!

A hidden gem in the heart of Old Town. Very home-y, convenient and easy to reach. Piotr is a great host: communicative, responsive and very kind.

Agnieszka was a super host ! Really nice and ready to give us tips about everything (restaurants, how to reach places, shops etc). The apartment is super comfortable, in a really quiet place (we slept like babies) and you can reach easily the metro Everything was super clean :) we for sure recommend this apartment! We really enjoyed our days in Warsaw!! :)

The host is very communicative - he responds quickly and reacts. The apartment itself is in a good location, near the Vistula River, easy access to everywhere, whether to the center or to the other side of the Vistula River - buses near the block, trams and metro a few minutes away. The apartment is cozy, although it is worth saying that it is old - furniture, decor... I felt like I was at my grandmother's (and I didn't mind it;)). I generally recommend it
