Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Enjoy a peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is yours to explore with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. The second bedroom includes 2 twin size beds and a TV. The living room has a pull out sofa with queen size mattress. A queen size air mattress is available for extra guests. This cabin has all the amenities needed for a getaway. It includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TV's.

The community features a lakeside pool, tennis courts, lakefront patio, poolside grills, game room with ping pong and pool table! This property is close to Oaklawn Racing and casino, Downtown restaurants, bathhouses, hiking and biking trails. 5 miles to Oaklawn horse racing and casino!!

Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
