Cabin vacation rentals in Glenwood

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and it was the perfect fit for our trip to Hot Springs! It seemed like everything was a 25 minute drive (Hot Springs National Park, Ouachita National Forest, Walmart, great restaurants, alligator farm entertainment, etc.) and the driving scenery was so beautiful. We even made it over to Little Rock! One of the best parts of this trip was getting to come back to the runaway train cabin to relax at night. The Fox Pass Cabin property is very well kept and each cabin is secluded and offers stellar privacy. We enjoyed having outdoor seating and a hot tub with cozy lighting in the trees and on the porch. The inside of the cabin was incredibly comfortable and well-outfitted with all we needed. We highly recommend this property to any couple or small group of friends looking for a cozy stay in the Hot Springs/Garland county area!

I Absolutley love this place! It’s so peaceful and pleasant. You have everything you need at disposal. The cabin is always clean and tidy. I love it. I love the handmade look and old time feel of the cabin. It takes me back to my childhood hood. The hot tub is an added bonus and the grill is one of my favorites because I love cooking outdoors in the evenings. The porch has the curtains for added privacy. There’s always a squirrel and a coon that comes to visit me and it just adds to my visit. I saw a deer this weekend while I was drinking coffee and it was awesome! Anna is always accommodating and very responsive. If you need anything she’s right there. I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites. ❤️ Book it you won’t regret it !!! It’s secluded yet right in town too.

The Cozy Moose was exceptional! It is exactly what we needed to get away from every day life and live the mountain life for a couple days. Everything was as shown in pictures. Ms. Samantha is a wonderful hostess and very sweet! She is also very informational about recommendations on what to do, eat, see, etc! This place is definitely worth your viewing and stay for a romantic or for a couples getaway! 11/10 stars for sure! We love the Cozy Moose! 🫎❤️

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH!! It was exactly what we needed! We loved the outdoor space and the coziness of the cabin. The cabin was easy to find and it had everything we could have needed. We will definitely stay here again! Perfect weekend!

I could stay here a million times again, such a beautiful spot surrounded by nature

Wow! What a wonderful place. It's surrounded by beautiful forest and wildlife. Truly peaceful and quiet. The cabin itself is decorated so perfectly with terrific natural details. We enjoyed all of our activities in the area but, I'm not going to lie, we were always looking forward to getting back to the cabin. They have really created a little slice of paradise. We can't wait to come back again and see the new cabin they are working on. It was awesome for our family trip but would be great for a couple's getaway as well. If it's available during your stay in Mena, do yourself a favor and book it. Absolutely fantastic!

The Shack is the ultimate place to stay if you want a relaxing experience. The wildlife is abundant and everything we needed or would have needed was already provided! This place was so quiet and peaceful , and we were close to the surrounding trails! We will definitely be back!

The perfect getaway for an outdoor retreat! Watching the river from the large porch was one of my favorite things about the home. The porch also had a lockable gate so my dog couldn’t sneak down the stairs by himself.

The property is peaceful an secluded but w plenty to do or just chill in the nature. The owners were an absolute 😊 delight. very much recommended

Our stay at Wildlife Cabin exceeded our expectations. Location was central to everything we wanted to do in the area. Our cabin was the last in the row of 5 and at the end of the property and was quiet and peaceful. We loved the front porch swing. We enjoyed the foosball table, horse shoes and bean bag toss games in the evening. Will definitely stay here again.

Rodger and his wife were very friendly and even kept the place stocked with things that normal Airbnb don't have. They all the essential and were super accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time at the Cabin. The view is amazing and my children loved the lily pad and kayaks. The water is also very shallow (about knee deep) across the river, so we went across on our last day and enjoyed being able to just stand and float around. Would definitely stay again. Colleen is a wonderful host.

This was such a beautiful and secluded setting! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The rustic, bear decorated cabin was perfect and very comfortable. The complete wrap-around porch let us view the deer coming out of the woods into a flowered field on one side and the flowing creek on the other. The creek was so clear! I enjoyed walking in and around the creek. A fire ring, picnic table and grill were there. The kitchen had all the dishes, pans and accessories we needed too. The thorough provision of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, amenities was great! We love nature and this was perfect. So many kinds of birds too. Nearby experiences that we enjoyed were Little Missouri Falls, hiking and digging crystals. I could go on and on; we really enjoyed it. Lisa it is a wonderful place that you and John Karl provide. Our family just loved it here, I think I was throwing a bigger fit leaving than my five year old! I could’ve stayed there forever! It was the perfect little family weekend and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We have lots of people asking about the tree house from pictures I posted in Fayetteville! I have highly recommended this place and we will be back before the end of summer! Making this a must do for our family every year! We appreciated how squeaky clean they kept the space and the atmosphere was super sweet and friendly, if you’re considering taking your kids here, just book the trip! ♥️

Such a hidden gem! My son and I had the best time here—peaceful, cozy, and the perfect spot to unplug. We spent our days hiking nearby trails and our nights relaxing under the stars by the firepit. The cabin had all the comfort we needed, and the views were just “chef’s kiss”. Already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a reset and some quality time in nature!

The cabin is awesome! Perfect for a stay while riding the Trails. Private as well! Most camps in the area have cabins on top of each other. Don and Candy were great hosts and we will be happy to stay again!! The hottub and outside lighting provides a nice vibe if youre trying to relax at night. 6 of 5 ⭐️!!

The Green Apple A-Frame is a keeper. Whenever we come to Hot Springs, it will be at the top of my list. It is close but not too close to HS. It’s maybe a 15-20 easy drive to get downtown. The house came with everything we needed. To cut some expenses, we cooked 2 out of our 3 meals. The house had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept well to prepare for the nexts day’s activities. Overall five stars.

Incredible cabin in Albert Pike! This location was serene and peaceful. Private and quiet, with our own tributary running right next to the cabin. Looking forward to many more visits at Livin’ on the Edge!

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

We had a lovely stay at this cabin! The area around the cabin is beautiful, we especially enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would happily stay here again!
