Beautifully furnished, all you need, 2 bdrm, 2 bath Condo. Non-Smoking upper level unit - lots of privacy. Near airport, Old Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace and Tempe City Centre, freeways, parks. Super comfortable king-size beds. SMART TV's (no Cable) in each room with on-screen access to internet and apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime or through the provided Fire TV Sticks. This is a pet friendly condo and small dogs under 30 pounds are welcome. (Additional fees apply). NO cats allowed.

Desert Paradise Guesthouse is located behind our home. We are located in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by a beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

The house features a remodeled kitchen unlike anything you will find in this area. Marble backsplash and a huge counter for entertaining. The house has ample room for 8 guests. There is a 65 inch TV and electric reclining couches and loveseat in the living room. Spring training site for the Rangers and Royals is 5 miles away.

Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.

Desert Oasis

This is a wonderful venue for couples, families, and group gatherings. There are four bedrooms (K, K, Q, F bunk) as well as a hide-a-bed sofa and a futon in the living area. It can sleep up to 14 but sleeps 8 privately. The amenities include cable, Internet,gazebo, private pool, BBQ, wood burning chiminae, and outdoor sound system. Located within 15 minutes of both the AZ Cardinals stadium and the Mariner's/Dodgers spring training facility.
