We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

This place was great! The private pool was definitely a highlight — we really enjoyed having it to ourselves. The location is excellent, just a short ride to the State Farm Stadium. A quick Uber or Lyft only cost about $10, which was super convenient. Westgate is also nearby, which is perfect if you’re looking to shop or explore a bit. I really appreciated Rena’s guest book — it’s full of great local recommendations for food and things to do in the area. As some previous guests have mentioned, there is occasional noise from animals next door, but the host thoughtfully provides earplugs. Unless you're a very light sleeper, it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again in the future.

We were driving through Phoenix and this was absolutely the best we could have asked for. Phil and Peggy’s casita was exactly what we needed—clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed, and cute outdoor space for our pup. This was one of the highest-quality airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Perfectly adequate little studio in Phoenix. If you plan on spending most of your days out and about it’s perfect. But if you like to stay in your rental and just enjoy the location I would drop a little more cash and get somewhere with more yard space and a pool.

Luis has such a cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet place. I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while my floors were getting installed. The decor and colors were so warm & lovely and the location was convenient. The studio has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great staycation for me. I'll definitely stay there again and recommend to out of town guests.

Lety’s lovely apartment had everything I needed for a great stay. I was working on my own apartment nearby and it was great to come home to this well appointed place at the end of each day. The gated driveway was perfect for my truck and the electronic lock was very convenient (didn’t have to carry any extra keys). Lety was very responsive to my messages and I was fortunate to meet her on one occasion; she was very kind. The apartment is located in a historic area of Glendale and the homes in the area are all well maintained making for a nice window when you drive in. I’d happily stay here again.

Martin was very accommodating, his guest house was exactly what we needed. He made us feel at home. His rescue dog and I made friends quickly, a sweet lovable pup. My boyfriend and Martin hit it off right away. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come into town

What a gem of a place this is! It's quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, and lovely both inside and out. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room area - great couch and chair. There are places to sit outside as well. Sarah is as much of a gem as her place is! She's so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

What a beautiful place! Off street parking in a gated driveway made us feel quite secure. Everything was very clean. So thoughtful to leave keurig cups, sweeteners and flavored creams for the guest! Ten minutes drive to the airport. Walkable to downtown. Our hosts always responded quickly to any questions and were very considerate. And the apartment looked like a picture from a decorator magazine. We definitely recommend these hosts and this apartment

This place was really great and I highly recommend it to anyone. Place was clean and very well stocked with what needed. Instructions for check-in were simple and easy to follow. The best part is the location!! I enjoyed it as it was close to several restaurants, Target & Walmart, South Mountain Preserve and downtown Phoenix. I would definitely stay again!
