The house has an area of 450m2, including parking for cars and a yard with a trampoline and a seesaw. The terrace overlooks a private pool of 32 m2. The house is 150 m2, on two floors. It has 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), SmartTV with satellite channels, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, washing machine and 2 bathrooms with shower.
