Zweikirchen is a small village situated near mount Ulrichsberg, and it’s the perfect location for enjoying hiking, mountain biking, visiting the nearby lakes or skiing; the center of Klagenfurt is reachable in only twenty minutes by car.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Beautiful wooden house on the Lake Bled shore has been built with a desire to offer you a unique serene place, full of peace and silence, as well as a place where nature would be able to show its greatness. House with a private beach, is a top spot close to the city centre, Bled Castle, lake island, hiking, fishing, mountain biking is available in a close area. Enjoy the nature view and private swimming area.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

"The Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees is a unique swimming lake.
