Our secluded 40 acre property sits against BLM, about 35 minutes from Grand Junction and Fruita, above the Colorado National Monument. Our home has stunning views that offer endless hiking and biking right from our backdoor. The guest quarters is a large private apartment in the lower level of our home with its own locking entrance within our house. Our family lives upstairs, so expect some noise during the day.
