One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Giorgio e Stefania ci hanno dimostrato una disponibilità unica nel suo genere.L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato, vista pazzesca ed una tranquillità rilassante. La vacanza è stata meravigliosa e che rimarrà nei nostri ricordi più belli. La spiaggia è vicinissima all'appartamento e per questo è molto comodo. Il terrazzo si affaccia sul mare dove è possibile mangiare poiché dotato di tavolo, sedie e divanetto. Bagno stupendo con phon. Camera da letto matrimoniale incantevole con balcone dove è presente uno stendino per i vestiti e di bidoni per la raccolta differenziata.Super consigliato niente da dire complimenti ancora e tanti ringraziamenti a Giorgio e Stefania.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Sehr zentrales und sehr sauberes Apartment. Alles hat super geklappt - einfacher Check in und einfache Kommunikation.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit dem privaten Innenhof, welcher mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet war, ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Den Kontakt mit Francesca und den Nachbarn war für uns gelebte Italianità. Der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nebenan ist genial. Die Restaurants mit regionalen Spezialitäten, ein Hochgenuss. Wer einmal so richtig feine Fischgerichte essen möchte, ist il Dattero di Mare die richtige Adresse!!! Dies zur Abwechslung zu Fleisch. Wer gerne wandert ist hier in Aquila, als Ausgangspunkt, genau richtig.

Siamo stati solo una notte ma abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore, Graziella è una persona meravigliosa e solare che accoglie ogni ospite come un membro della famiglia. È attenta ai dettagli e ci mette molta cura, anche l’alloggio rispecchia tutto questo, un alloggio curato, con un bellissimo giardino in cui passare serate e pomeriggi in pace con il mondo sotto l’enorme albero del pepe. Inoltre se amate gli animali ed in particolare i gatti non potete farvi sfuggire questo posto pieno di gatti e gattini bellissimi da coccolare. Graziella, grazie ancora di cuore per il tempo che ci hai regalato, torneremo sicuramente e per stare più a lungo

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Ottima posizione, tranquillo e silenzioso. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Comunicazione con l'host facile e collaborativa. Lo consiglierei senz' altro.

Sono stata in questa struttura una settimana fa in occasione della festa del 2 giugno, che dire è stato come stare a casa propria, casa fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più, pulita e tutto perfettamente funzionante con il mare a 5 minuti a piedi, supermercati a due minuti e un parco per i piccini sotto casa dove la sera offre piano bar e divertimento anche per i più grandi... Semplicemente Top, posizione strategica per visitare tutte le mete meravigliose della costa! Ci torneremo sicuramente sia io che i bambini ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Personale top top top pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda anche la più stupida e ad intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi cosa ... grazie grazie grazie ad Angelica e Giacomo che hanno reso questo nostro weekend semplicemente stupendo!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Excelente departamento, grande y cómodo, volvería. A tener en cuenta que NO dispone de conexión a internet, luego todo lo demás perfecto.

My stay at Marco's was fantastic. The apartment is modern and really close to the sea. There were no problems finding it. From the balcony you can see the main square where there were often events. Apart from that, Marco is a very helpful person and gives a lot of tips about Pescara which allowed me to organize my stay well.

Die Gastgeber konnten uns spontan aufnehmen, als wir das Apartement wechseln mussten. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützen uns mit vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön, ca. 10 min von Chieti alto und 15 min von Francavilla entfernt. So hat man Berge und Strand. Eine gute Mischung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
