Vacation rentals with beach access in Giulianova

It was better than we expected.

An apartment with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complete equipment in excellent condition. Personal hygiene products as well as household products and basic condiments in the kitchen. We stayed there for two weeks and felt at home. A perfect central location close to beaches, restaurants and all shops. Everything is perfectly accessible without a car but if you have one the private parking space is right in front! The terrace is absolutely appreciable and everything is very quiet at night. Bruno is an extremely kind and dedicated host!! A delicate attention awaited us in the fridge on arrival, much appreciated!! We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Very cozy home for us and our 8-month-old twins. Well-maintained beds with excellent mattresses. Tidy and very clean with a super stocked kitchen. The presence of a vacuum cleaner, which with two babies always on the floor, was very useful. Beautiful balcony for many dinners and lunches with spectacular views! The very welcoming beach resort with young and dynamic staff. Recommended!

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again Giulia

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We were guests of Sabrina because the children were engaged in a sports activity at Alnpalsport in Montesilvano. We had a great time, everything was tidy and clean, well-equipped kitchen, reserved car parking. Everything was perfect.

We spent a week at Giulia's apartment and we appreciated the tasteful design and especially the beautiful garden we shared with her family and other guests, very peaceful and over-looking the sea (which is very close by) so that we "forgot" the close road below it. We really appreciated Giulia's and her family friendliness and warm hospitality as well as the precious recommendations they gave about places to visit and to eat.

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

A perfect experience, communications with the host always clean and precise. All expectations were met and in some cases exceeded!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

Simone was always available, communicated proactively with us. The apartment is nice, everything is available. In addition, bicycles are available that allow you to ride on the bike paths, for example, to the port or to San Benedetto.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. We are planning our return trip for next year. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again Francesca.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here.
