Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

Great experience in Patrizia's apartment! The entire property is very well maintained, the apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bikes provided to get around the area on the beautiful waterfront bike path. The possibility of using the beach spot (umbrella and sunbeds) is a plus that we really enjoyed. Ideal choice for both short and long stays. Absolutely recommended!
