House vacation rentals in Giulianova

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

Very nice property located in a quiet area, spacious and can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is required to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had wonderful days, a lovely cottage with beautiful views, wonderful pool. Delicious homemade bread, pizzas and of course wine! We were with 2 kids who had more than fun with all the games and table tennis and foosball. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail, super sweet people and incredibly attentive! We'd love to visit again

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.

Your host, Claudio, is simply wonderful. He communicates quickly. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We were a team of 5 and even with 5 people we had ample room to be comfortable. A rare find. We’ll definitely be back.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Accommodation on three floors in a very quiet area, Luigi and Antonia were very kind and helpful. We went for a three-day bachelor party and didn't regret it. Recommended!

Maurizio's place was in the perfect location in the most perfect town in Abruzzo. You just have to open the living room window to see the beautiful hills of Abruzzo or walk around the corner to get a fantastic drink and the cutest bar with the most amazing views. He was a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend.

Well-kept, clean and cool accommodation despite the summer season, a strong point is the outdoor veranda, we will probably return.

We love our host Maria and her mom, great person to deal with. The place was clean, spacious, well stocked and only few steps from the main square. We will be back again.

We spent a wonderful week in this charming place, welcomed by very welcoming and never intrusive hosts. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and well cared for, with cool and ventilated corners that offer a pleasant view of the sea and the trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo and Francesca were warm and caring, they recommended a lot of places to see, but unfortunately being able to do everything in such a short time was not possible: so we will be happy to come back! Convenient reserved and shaded parking.

The place is excellent, from 1 to 10, we would give it a 20. It is as described, I would like that everything is totally new. We tested the heating and air conditioning and they work perfectly, we are a family of four adults and we found it very comfortable. In our opinion, there is nothing to criticize. It's like being in our own house. I congratulate you on this dream place.

I recommend staying with Federica and Antonio. Clean house and matching the published photos. In the center and easy to reach even on foot from the station. Very kind hosts, they gave us an early check-in. Their tips for a pleasant weekend were valuable.

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right level of privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Ours was unfortunately a quick stay, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric fenced garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but it is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 1 week of 30 degrees and blue sky. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

The place is highly recommended. Alessio and Luisa were very accommodating hosts. They gave us a lot of tips on what we could do. there is always the possibility to use the garden with a beautiful view of the valley. the historic house with special charm is very nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

Tina was always available and responsive. He made us feel at home with lots of tips about the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, great for those looking for a base for activities in the area. Highly recommended

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Lamberto’s! Amazing place, everything was there and even more. Amazing views from the terrace. Real close to hikes and L’aquila and Gran Sasso (Corte Grande and Monte L’aquila). In real life the place is even nicer. Lamberto is quick with communciation ans recommendations!
