Beachfront vacation rentals in Giulianova

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Pescara entre amies, et ce logement était tout simplement parfait ! Très spacieux, impeccable au niveau de la propreté, et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Cinzia, a été adorable du début à la fin : très sympathique, disponible, et toujours prête à donner de bons conseils, notamment sur les restaurants et les endroits à ne pas manquer. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés! Encore merci pour tout 🥰

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

Mimi’s House was so well located, and so easy to walk to both the beach and the town centre. It was perfect for our needs- spacious, easy to get around in a wheelchair, clean and with a beautiful outdoor area. Barbara was a great host- very responsive, friendly and made check in easy with clear instructions and by meeting us at the property. Thank you Barbara for a wonderful stay!

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

In vacanza nel giugno 2024 negli appartamenti di Mikaela. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: probabilmente non esiste spiaggia migliore di Tortoretto. L'appartamento è luminoso, non caldo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Mikaela, grazie per la bella vacanza!

Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Host disponibile , chiaro e cordiale. Ci tornerò alla prima occasione.

Es war ein sehr sch Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist prima. Die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Blick macht alles wieder gut. Die Bäder waren toll und modern. Für eine Familie ist es sehr gut geeignet. Für mehr Familien oder Freunde bedingt geeignet, da man doch auf sehr engem Raum ist. Das Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und die Anwohner sehr freundlich. Unter dem Haus ist gleich ein Cafe zum Frühstücken und in der Gegend ohnehin ein großes Angebot.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Unser Aufenthalt bei Alessandro war einfach wundervoll. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – Alessandro ist ein unglaublich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt, alles genau erklärt und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt sofort: Hier ist jemand mit Herz und Engagement dabei. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein absoluter Traum. Es handelt sich um eine großzügige Dachgeschosswohnung, die bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist – sehr komfortabel. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der traumhafte Ausblick, den man über einen sehr großzügigen Balkon genießen konnte. Der Blick in die Natur war einfach einmalig – man sah sowohl das Meer als auch die Berge. Diese Kombination ist selten und hat jeden Mome

Heerlijk appartement, dicht bij strand. Fijne hosts, alles was er. Zeker aan te raden ook met kleine kinderen. Schoon, fijn dat er een wasmachine is. En handig dat je fietsen kunt gebruiken. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento Posso solo dire che il livello di ospitalità è davvero raro! In casa c'è tutto l essenziale. In più Valter e Daniela ti offrono tutto ciò che può servire per un ottima colazione ed un meraviglioso pane proveniente dall'Aquila. Un altro servizio che ho davvero apprezzato oltre all'ombrellone in spiaggia,sono le biciclette,di cui una con seggiolino. Zona splendida! Grazie ancora Giulia

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito, confortevole e attrezzato (soprattutto la cucina). Davanti ad un problema tecnico Guido, suo padre e Cristina si sono prodigati e hanno risolto in tempo brevissimo.

Pros: Great location, next to the beach with a sea view, friendly host, well equipped apartment, large loggia, quiet neighbours, well maintened and fairly new building. Cons: Photos on page were a slightlyt mixed with different apartmens, however majority were correct. We also encountered AC unit problem upstairs (apartment has two levels), where kitchen is located. It was quite challenging but hopefully will be fixed soon. Summary: I would definetely consider returning to this apartment, all in all me and my family had a great stay there.
