Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience! I stayed in Tortoreto Lido da Titti and I had a really good time. The house was very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the sea, but in a quiet area where you sleep well at night. Titti was an exceptional host: kind, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand if something was needed. Fast and accurate communication, never intrusive but always present at the right time. The house is comfortable, with well-organized spaces, air conditioning, easy parking and even a very useful small balcony. Great for both couples and families. I absolutely recommend staying with her. If I go back to Tortoreto, I'll definitely choose Titti again!

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

The hosts Denis and Alessandro were communicative and accommodating. The apartment is steps away from the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and featured a beautiful balcony that was perfect for enjoying the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the very nice apartment. Lucilla is a very accommodating and friendly host. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a terrace with full privacy. Everything was very straightforward and we were able to experience a completely nice vacation from day 1. Thank you for everything. Marco's house was exceptional, located very close to the sea, accessible and within walking distance. The accommodation was perfectly clean, spacious, with all the accessories available for me and my family. Everything went smoothly, Marco proved to be impeccable, very kind and always available. I absolutely recommend staying at his Airbnb!

We spent 12 nights at Riccardo’s place. It was quite comfortable for 3 adults + 1 infant. Very clean. There is everything you need. Everything is functioning and in good condition. Stone throw distance from public beach. All stages of cooperation with Riccardo were perfect. We are very grateful that we have chosen this apartment for our vacation.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Beautiful property, everything faithfully corresponding to the photos and description of the listing. It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for any need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

Loved this place, hosts were very welcoming, although there was a language barrier, they were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and would definitely return.

The apartment has a prime location, right on the beach promenade and very close to the pedestrian zone of Guilianova. The great, very large terrace and the parking space in the underground parking garage should be emphasized. All rooms include air conditioning. However, the room with the single bed is very small. The apartment is definitely recommended for a beach vacation. Our dog was also allowed to come, but no dogs are allowed in the beach resorts. That should be borne in mind.

One billion dollars view from XXXL terrace, 50meters from the beach. The host is super nice and friendly, we hope to come back soon :)))

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Beautiful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and thoughtfulness, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it's a good place to "escape."

Small relaxing corner. Clean and tidy rooms, with all the essentials. The details make the difference, like the LEDs, Netflix, the tub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to get to. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!
