It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

We had the most wonderful stay at bens beautiful cottage. The property is absolutely stunning, full of character, and exudes a warm, wholesome atmosphere. Every corner of the cottage feels thoughtfully designed, with charming touches that make it feel special. The bottle of Prosecco and breakfast treats provided were such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, adding to the overall experience. It truly is a perfect retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm, the house was perfect for our needs (three adults and four kids) and the woodland around the farm were beyond our expectations. The kids spent hours in the forest dens and loved seeing the horses. Perfect location to the seaside towns & close to all amenities. I'd highly recommend this farm, especially if you're wanting an eco friendly holiday. We will be returning! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at the cabin for me and my partners anniversary weekend. Was a lovely escape & was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The area was quiet and extremely peaceful. It has everything you need including cooking supplies. Julia was really friendly and responded quickly to any questions. So glad we found this place & would definitely go back!!
