This location, Airbnb and host were all AMAZING The house was a dream, had everything we needed and had beautiful scenery. We got married on 05/25/25 and the house was perfect to get ready in, fun to relax in and my group of friends all felt the same. Definitely will be back!

Super location to access the ski lfts.

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

We had such a wonderful time at Trenitie's house! It's close to the ski area, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and the library! This house has literally everything you can think of! Extra plus: It was super clean!!!! We loved it! And Trenitie was very responsive and made us feel at home the minute we walked in! 5+ stars!

Very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and soft. Wonderful views, hot tub was a bonus. Walmart 5 min down the road. Great place to stay.

What a cozy and beautifully decorated place! The host had a welcome note and great snacks. The space was perfect and so clean! The location was in a quiet neighborhood, I took a walk around and enjoy the peace! The host is very responsive and super helpful, I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in future visits to Anchorage.

Great space for a small family wedding. We were able to set up 4 6-foot tables and seat 22 people. Definitely recommend this rental for small weddings.

Stayed at John & Hennie’s 1 Bedroom unit in Anchorage for 3 nights. Great location close to Lake Hood & Ted Stevens airport while still quiet/private (dead-end street). They provided so many amenities that all we needed were a few groceries. Would recommend this rental to singles or a couple!

We enjoyed staying at Jacob’s. It was really cool walking onto the back porch and watching two young moose and their mom having an early morning walk.

I was coming off a busy week and a half of work, culminating in a conference in downtown Anchorage. I transitioned to Joel and Jenny's place for some relaxation and recovery time. I didn't have a car with me, and didn't realize that things would be so difficult to walk to. I got around fine through Uber/Lyft, but wasn't able to wander as much as I like. This, however, wasn't a total loss since it meant more time to relax, unwind, and be still. The hours of daylight in Alaska were well managed with blinds and a cool and well appointed space, but I found the reality a bit difficult to regulate on my own. It was no one's problem, but a real first time visitor's shock. I would stay again, rent a car, and do grocery shopping to make the most of my time at the stay. Jenny and I chatted a bit as I was leaving and she was kind. It was nice to be separate in terms of my own entrance, laundry, kitchen, bed, bath, etc. though you are also connected to the house via shared walls.

My brother and I enjoyed the location and the apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The place was very cozy and was located in a good spot for us to visit downtown, the Chugach state park, and eventually depart for Denali. Chad was also very helpful with recommendations and quickly responded to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The kitchen has a good amount of appliances, and that was helpful for eating/cooking there instead of eating out every meal.

The Pebble House is nicely appointed. Small, but complete with everything we’d want and much better than a hotel room. Easy parking in private drive with direct access to the home. We’ve stayed before and were happy to return again.

Super cute and amenities galore. we really loved this place and would absolutely stay again. While you can hear the upstairs, they weren't up too late or early, and earplugs and white noise machine provided. Comfortable bed. Massage gun!

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

The only thing that could improve the unit is a bench by the front door, but other than that, this was perfect. You are close to shops and the neighborhood is quiet. Kirstyn was very welcoming and the unit was pristine. The beds are super comfy too.

Wonderful place to stay! It was truly a home away from home. I loved being there and actually considered extending our trip. Aaron was a great host with a great apartment.

We really enjoyed our night at Steph’s condo. It had a great view of the ocean and was walking distance from multiple Anchorage restaurants/bars. Steph was also super responsive and made the whole process feel seamless. Thank you for hosting us, Steph!

We enjoyed our stay in Megan's condo. It was very clean, and very quiet which are both huge priorities for us. Well remodeled, located right in the heart of Girdwood, walking distance to the restaurants and shops with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Only note I'd have for future guests is this is on the third floor and there wasn't an elevator (that we could find), which made loading/unloading a little trickier. Otherwise, this is a great place in a great location.
