**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

E' una nuovissima struttura ricettiva ultimata nel gennaio del 2017 ed ubicata sul piazzale principale del borgo di Montalbano Elicona, a soli 25 metri dal portale di accesso al Castello Federico II. La casa vacanza conta di ampia zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto molto ampia con doccia in camera, servizi igienici ed un ampio terrazzo che guarda alle montagne. The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

Siamo situati vicino a tanti punti di interesse della città come appunto il teatro antico, le naumachie,palazzo corvaja,Villa comunale,teatrino romano, stazione taxi,fermata navetta che porta in spiaggia ed ingresso funivia che vi porterà alle spiaggie di mazzaró ed isola bella.
