A beautiful place to stay that offers panoramic views of the sea. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets, quiet - we could even watch the hoopoe and snack on the ripe apricots and plums in the garden. Francesco is an extremely accommodating host and has put a lot of effort into it and always asked if everything is okay. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is super furnished and the own olive oil is very fine. The journey is also possible with a larger car - we have a Citroen Berlingo.

Our stay (my and my partner's) was very positive, much of the credit was the host Marco. Very kind person, very helpful and always oriented to the well-being of his guests, he made us feel at home. The place is also very convenient to access Feniglia beach, thanks also to the use of bicycles made available by Marco. Great experience, considering this was the first year Marco started hosting guests through airbnb, things are sure they can only improve! 5 stars :)

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, a great refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

We were received extremely nicely by Silva. She showed us the house and we felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you need. We particularly liked the covered seating outside with beautiful views of the countryside.

Massimiliano's accommodation is located in a truly beautiful space, you will feel out of everything surrounded by hammocks, cows and with a spectacular pool. Massimiliano is a very attentive host and I highly recommend staying here

Ilaria was always there for us, the place was incredible and it is soooo nice to have a pool for when you come back from the surrounding places of the Airbnb. it seems that there is a sort of petting zoo next door and there are some weird animal noises in the night. All in all it is a fantastic place, peaceful, and central to many attractions of Maremma and the Tuscan region.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! Great communication with the host

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Beautiful place if you are looking for a place to relax away from the chaos. The apartments are well maintained and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, the only thing missing is a microwave for those who are used to using it, but it was still equipped with an oven. The pool is also beautiful with a wonderful view, our 7-month-old had his first bath there. Breakfast was also very good with all homemade things to eat, even under the porch equipped with a table and chairs. Our dog also had a great time, as the entire property is surrounded by greenery with plenty of space. Finally, everyone was very kind and helpful, also recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful villa, close to the amenities of the port but very quiet and peaceful. Well-kept, clean, and tidy indoor and outdoor spaces and a unique view. The hosts are very kind, helpful and accommodating to the needs of guests. I highly recommend staying in this home. I have been to the island of Giglio several times and I will definitely return, again to this accommodation. Another point: mosquito kits! It's not obvious that they are offered by the owners, it had never happened to me. Well done guys! Thanks again and see you soon!

We loved staying at the flat, it was so close to everything, especially the little cove beach with incredible rocks and views to experience Giglio. Make sure to bring swim shoes as there are lots of sea urchins about- but couldn’t recommend the flat more. And Rosario let us leave luggage and shower the final day- which was very kind.

Wonderful location in beautiful Giglio Porto. On the pulse in the small harbor with always pleasant tones of sea, gulls, ships and the quiet hustle and bustle on the street. Very nice view from the cozy little balcony. The contact with Mario was always very binding and straightforward. We hiked and enjoyed the tips for the island - the gastronomy is a treat! We are very much looking forward to next time.

Stefano was a very friendly host and he answered immediately, brought wood for the barbecue, washing powder to the apartment. We loved the equipment and the cleanness of the tiny house and enjoyed the nights sitting in the garden. We highly recommend to book this accomodation 😄👍.
